Purpose of Job
The Events and Administrative Assistant (EAA) is a support role that, in the absence of the Executive Administrative Coordinator (EAC), completes the duties of the EAC. The EAA is also required to assist the Accreditation and Training Coordinator as directed by the Executive Director. The duties of the EAC include, but not restricted to, planning and provision of the Continuing Professional Development seminars , the Leadership and Dinner Series meetings and the BC Education Conference.
Pleasant office environment, Tuesday - Friday 8:30-4:30
7.5 x 4 = 30 hours per week, will require own vehicle
