The Finance Assistant supports the Manager, Financial Services with accounting, reporting and analysis. He or she serves as a primary contact for OACETT members in dealing with their membership status, including dues and fee invoicing, payments processing and document management. The Finance Assistant also updates the membership database, manages accounts receivable and performs account reconciliations. Expert ability with Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software are essential.

This is a full-time contract position scheduled to commence in mid-July 2017. Two years of accounting experience and a college diploma in accounting are minimum requirements.
