Company Information

The OGSA was founded in 1924 and is the premier provincial association for golf course maintenance managers and their  personnel.  It is a busy and active association, which has approximately 900 members province wide, with both professional members and supplier companies.  The OGSA employs 3 staff and has a Volunteer Board of 9 Directors.


Job Description

Various clerical and administrative dues to maintain a high level of membership services and provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director.  

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual, ideally with some previous NFP association experience.  A positive outlook combined with great attention to detail, professional and personable.  

Able to function as a member of our team, with a no task is too large or too small attitude.

The position requires someone who has great communication skills, and can navigate multiple competing demands and projects with ease.

Experience in website maintenance and social media postings, in addition to event organization and execution is crucial.

Some travel may be required to event venues etc.

Experience in writing and or editing written copy and magazine articles would be an asset
