Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

Girl Guides of Canada (GGC) provides a safe space where every girl is empowered to be everything she wants to be. As a girl-driven organization, girls are given choice, voice and the scope to take action, all within a fun and friendship-based environment. You should apply if:

  • You have a demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion and leading-edge knowledge of principles, practices and emerging issues and trends.
  • You are a leader with strong influence skills and are able to work with a variety of people to produce results within a highly collaborative environment.
  • You are excited about the prospect of getting in on the ground floor to build capacity within an organization.
  • You enjoy engaging and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are strategic with a bias towards action.
  • You aren't afraid to tackle complex problems or contentious issues.
  • You have a proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • You are politically intelligent and able to navigate sensitive situations.
  • You are highly analytical and can effectively translate research, trends, and metrics into strategy.
  • You have experience leading organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development efforts.
  • You have formal post-secondary education and work experience relevant to this role.
  • You are willing to travel to various Canadian locations on occasion.

Additional assets:
