Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Marketing and Communications will work as part of the senior management team to lead the organization’s marketing and communications functions including media and marketing campaigns, publishing, corporate events, internal communications, and strategic marketing communications. The VP, Marketing and Communications will maintain and grow the organization’s brand clarity and equity, evolve the organization’s positioning to align with its broader mission, and strengthen engagement with its members and a wide array of stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate, you are a dynamic, engaged leader with a strong background in marketing, branding, corporate communications, and public relations. You thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation and initiative are rewarded. Equally at ease in the C-suite and with task-oriented teams of volunteers and staff, the ideal candidate is someone who can passionately advocate for the REALTOR® brand and represent CREA. You have strong management and mentorship skills that enable you to bring groups of people together in a highly cohesive environment. Bilingualism would also be considered a strong asset.
