This posting is in search of an OTTAWA-AREA based virtual assistant interested in expanding their clientele and/or working as an independent contractor. 

We need an entrepreneurial minded virtual assistant able to work from home with a reliable computer, internet and phone connection to take on a variety of administrative tasks on behalf of the non-profit associations we are looking to take on. 

Tasks include:

- answering phone calls relayed/forwarded to your phone

- answering emails/ correspondence

- member data base and website maintenance

- conference, event, and trade show coordination

- internet research and occasional outbound calling

- meeting minutes

- other administrative tasks as assigned

Our current client demands mean that this role would require you, as the successful candidate, to be available for up to 50 hours per month.

Please understand that this is NOT a job but rather an opportunity to add to an already existent virtual assisting business you already have or you are looking to start. We are looking to establish a subcontracting role and with the right candidate, we intend to be marketing their abilities aggressively through our company to the number of opportunities we are developing. More hours of support may be possible on good performance and opportunities as they present themselves.

You will be responsible for your own end of year government remittances.
