Bilingual Membership Specialist


Mortgage Professionals Canada is the association that represents Canada's mortgage broker channel. With over 14,000 members, membership consists of mortgage brokers, lenders, and insurers from every province.


The Membership Advisor will be responsible for ensuring effective front-line servicing for the Membership Department. As the main point of contact for phone and email inquiries, they will provide timely and accurate information to MPC members about their accounts, payments, applications, renewals, as well as general membership information. They will also be required to provide administrative support to the department as well as to the membership sales team.


  • Provide customer service support by phone and email
  • Processing of membership applications and payments
  • Assisting with renewal initiatives and outreach


  • Excellent professional communication skills in English and French (preferred)
  • 3 years of customer service or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a member-based organization (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems/database management (preferred), and MS Office (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent memory and ability to retain large amounts of information
  • Strong, effective problem-solving skills
  • High level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership
  • Friendly, approachable personality
