Executive Officer

Greater Moncton REALTORS® du Grand Moncton is a member-based organization serving over 500 real estate professionals, including licensed Real Estate Salespeople, Real Estate Lawyers, Property Appraisers, Mortgage Lenders, Home Inspectors and Insurance Agents.

With the upcoming retirement of their current Executive Officer, we are seeking a highly-skilled, member-focused individual to assume overall management of the organization and guide it into the future.

What qualities are needed as Executive Officer?

First and foremost, you are an inspiring leader with a unique mix of skills, including the ability to provide long-term, visionary thinking while possessing the tactical skills to run the day-to-day operations of a very busy organization.

Well-regarded in the community, you are skillful at building and maintaining constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including members, affiliated associations, business community, volunteers, government, media, and the public.

Ideally, you have senior-level experience in the not-for-profit or membership associations sector and have demonstrated experience leading change within organizations.

As the senior staff officer running this organization, your range of skills includes technology, financial management, member services, operations, human resources, policy development, marketing and communications, and advocacy.

Lastly, you have proven experience working closely with a Board of Directors in policy development, short and long-term planning, member services, and strategic direction – keeping them fully apprised of all external and internal issues that could affect the organization.

An understanding of the real estate industry is preferred, although not essential.
