With a sharp focus on legal excellence and the desire for diversification, Spraggs Law is seeking an inaugural Chief Operating Officer to guide the continued evolution of its multi-faceted firm. The COO is a member of the Executive Team and will work with the leadership to carry out strategic initiatives as laid out in the firm’s strategic plan. The COO will ensure short and long-term goals are achieved, manage all areas of operations and play a key role in communications at all levels of the organization. Under the supervision of the Ownership Team, the COO executes the Firm’s strategic objectives strategies, develops and implements policies and procedures and is responsible for the smooth operations of the firm.

 

The ideal candidate is a tenured executive who is well known for their strategic skills in leading diverse teams and has proven abilities in operations, systems transformation, communication and interpersonal skills; bringing a leadership style that fosters teamwork and attains outstanding results through an inclusive approach. The incumbent will have a proven track record in business transformation and bring a people-centric and customer service lens to the work of the Spraggs Law.  

 

Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, the COO will be a champion of data-based decision making and will play a pivotal role in strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a truly consultative and consensus driven approach to partner relationships with internal and external partners. The incumbent will lead through example, play a trusted advisory role within the Executive Team and ensure the weaving of principles of diversity, equity and inclusion into all aspects of Spraggs Law’s internal and external work.
