We are a well-established association within the construction sector serving members throughout BC.  With offices located close to Granville Island this opportunity provides for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), great benefits and a competitive salary.

The Manager, Education will be instrumental in delivering value to members through educational offerings. In this role you will develop and execute on an annual education plan that supports the Association’s strategic objectives. The Manager, Education identifies and develops leading-edge in-person and virtual professional development courses and programs that enable member success; implements and oversees educational resources on the website and Learning Management System.

We are looking for a resourceful out-of-the-box thinker with strong communications and research skills, someone who anticipates future needs and challenges the status quo.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Adult Education, Equivalent technical/trade certification;
  • Minimum 5 years of direct related experience;
  • A valid BC Driver’s Licence;
  • Ability to work/attend events that are sometimes held in the evenings/weekends
