Chief Executive Officer
ASSOCIATION OF INTERIOR REALTORS®
Kelowna, BC
Reporting to the Board of Directors (the Board), the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is accountable for the overall planning, leadership, management, and operating results of the Association, including the implementation and realization of its strategic vision and goals. Responsible for providing valued services to the Association’s members, the CEO will be visible in all regions, responsive in addressing issues, and will keep members well-informed through a variety of communication channels. They are expected to make decisions and recommendations that positively impact the Association and will promote awareness of mandates and goals at every opportunity while being a strong advocate for the profession. Key to their role will be developing effective relationships with external partners and establishing alliances with similar organizations and stakeholders in the industry.
