Background
The Chiropractic Association of Alberta was launched on December 1, 2021, as part of Bill 46 with the separation from the Chiropractic College of Alberta. Our purpose is to elevate chiropractic care, and we need a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic problem-solver to help us make the practice lives of our members easy!
The Association provides leadership on chiropractic care.
• We provide members with business resources, clinic resources, insurance support and more
• We advocate with the provincial government on matters that advance and sustain the profession
• We collaborate with other health profession organizations in the advancement of patient care
• We represent the profession in key discussions with insurance providers and the WCB
• We promote the awareness of and benefit of chiropractic treatments
• We educate the public on chiropractic care and good health
A key area of focus for the Association is the creation and sharing of tools and resources for members and organizations that will advance chiropractic care in Alberta and the expansion of chiropractic knowledge into the integrated healthcare setting.
The Position
Location: Edmonton Office (three days in office, two days remote)
Reporting to the CEO, this position supports our members’ experience with registrations, renewals and membership requests. You will oversee the experience members have in interacting with the Association. It is a combination of great technical skills, a customer service attitude, a strong desire to learn and great communication. You will work closely with the CEO to execute all activities of the Chiropractic Association of Alberta.
This role is all about creating a seamless and valuable membership experience. You will be the primary contact for our members, ensuring they receive the support, resources and services they need. The ideal candidate will have experience in database management (Salesforce, Kajabi) to effectively track member journeys and improve engagement.
You will also play a crucial role in understanding and staying ahead of industry regulations, particularly in areas such as automobile insurance reform, WCB policies, and chiropractic regulations. Your ability to adapt, refine processes, and proactively provide the right information at the right time will be essential to success.
This is a dynamic position where things are not set in stone — if you can find ways to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies, you’re a great fit!
