Manager, Executive Suite and Board

Girl Guides of Canada (GGC) provides a safe space where every girl is empowered to be everything she wants to be.  We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and manage the work of our Executive Suite to ensure high quality service to the Board of Directors, its Committees and Senior Staff. This is an exciting time to join GGC as we embark on an ambitious three-year strategic plan towards our vision of “a better world, by girls!”

  • You are creative, curious, and passionate about the GGC
  • You are skilled at process improvement and quality control
  • You have formal post-secondary education and work experience relevant to this role
  • You are comfortable with technology
  • You are willing to travel to various Canadian locations 1 – 2 times/year; and
  • You have a great sense of humour, a high energy level and love working with people

 

Additional assets:

  • Experience in sectors relating to youth services, member services, or volunteer management
  • Experience working with volunteer leaders and in large, complex organizations; and
  • Supervisory experience
