The Organization:

Established in 1951, the Canadian Society of Association Executives is Canada’s only national organization with a primary focus on supporting the needs of association professionals and the business members who provide products and services to support the sector. With a membership that spans the country, CSAE promotes excellence and professionalism amongst our members who represent industry and professional associations, charities, and issue-specific organizations.

The Position:

CSAE is looking for a Junior Creative Wizard – Designer/Web Designer to improve our overall image and profile, both online and off, meeting and expanding CSAE's objectives.  This new position works cross-functionally to support member engagement, learning and innovation, events, and CSAE's brand.

You’ll want to join the dynamic team at CSAE if you are a game changer with:

1. Great design skills and a keen interest in web development and design that supports the not-for-profit sector;
2. Proven experience, education, and background with design modalities on- and off-line; responsive web design; proficient computer use; strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects;
3. Working knowledge of relevant coding languages, and experience with web content management systems;
4. The ability to lead and motivate a team towards meeting shared objectives.
