Chief Financial Officer

The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa (BGCO) is a vibrant, growing and successful organization that has served the Ottawa community for 95 years and impacts 4,500 children and youth each year.  Through after-school, weekend and summer programs, delivered from seven locations across Ottawa, as well as Camp Smitty, BGCO builds self-esteem and social skills, growing future leaders.  Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive place to experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.

Programs are categorized under the four pillars of:  Education, Physical Activity & Healthy Lifestyle, Leadership & Social Skills, and Creative Arts.  They are continually evaluated and enhanced to ensure quality and alignment with the BGCO vision of creating strong citizens, with key outcomes focused on the positive experiences and qualities that help develop caring, responsible and successful adults.  These programs are developed in collaboration with community partners to create comprehensive healthy living opportunities for children and youth in communities where these opportunities may not otherwise be available to children. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior management team and lead the strategic and financial operations of the Club.
