The communications and marketing team has been key to the MCC’s growth and evolution and will continue to be an important enabler in the future.

As the Director, Communications & Marketing, reporting to the CEO, you will be a core member of the senior executive team.  You will contribute to all corporate, operational, and strategic discussions, and guide, coach and mentor a talented team to excel.  Your scope will be broad and varied, covering internal and external communications, media relations, issues management, and marketing and branding.  You will also help to further strengthen and expand strategic stakeholder engagement by leading and supporting key interactions with learners, regulators, medical schools and educators, and national, medical and health organizations.

As the ideal candidate, you are an exceptional leader and manager, a supportive and engaged team player and a boldly strategic and creative communicator and marketer.  Colleagues value your composure, counsel and ability to bring clarity to complexity. You are a savvy, insightful and fluently bilingual professional who knows the great potential, as well as the limitations, of traditional, new and emerging communications and marketing platforms, tools and techniques.
