This is a hands-on position based in the Base Consulting offices, supporting the account management team members.  

  • Meeting planning tasks to support team members include (but are not limited to):budgeting, dealing with suppliers, updating delegate and speaker databases, coordinating speaker correspondence and follow up, posting conference materials, updating website information, circulate digital updates, on-site meetings management
  • Association management tasks include (but are not limited to):committee support, minute taking, marketing and communication
  • With team members, assist in developing marketing materials to implement marketing and communication planning for events
  • With team members, develop, edit and circulate newsletters, bulletins, updates
  • Work with stakeholders and sponsors, as required
  • Manage website content for events as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management team
